Benefits of Using Sno Pushers

Increased Productivity

You can get the job done faster. A Sno Pusher can expand snow removal volume by as much as 500% over conventional blades or buckets. This is accomplished by taking several yards of snow that are contained in front of the Sno Pusher and moving it off the property. Conventional snow plowing either moves the snow to the left or the right (still on the property). When using just a bucket, the capacity of the bucket becomes the limiting factor. Bucket capacities range in general from 1yd. to 4yd. Sno Pushers push 5yds to 38yds of snow (depending on equipment horsepower and weight) in one push.

Enhanced Profitability

One Pro-Tech Sno Pusher will do the work of 3 to 4 trucks, loaders or backhoes and your snow removal business will become a greater profit center.

  1. Fewer operators required
  2. Fewer equipment hours required
  3. Fewer machines to maintain and set up prior to season
  4. The ability to do more jobs in less time (greater revenue).
  5. Lower capital costs.
  6. Per Pusher Profit is increased.

Greater Durability

Your Sno Pusher will be a productive tool for years to come.

  1. High-quality construction and superior design translates into longer life and more reliable performance.
  2. Unique structural design offers superior strength, yet is lighter than typical plowing attachments. Loaders, backhoes and skid steers can easily handle the weight of a Sno Pusher without loss of power or productivity.
  3. Few moving parts means less possibility of damage or replacement.
  4. It's easy to use - minimal operator training is required. Attach and go within 5 minutes.
  5. Interchangeable between machines - an alternate machine can use the same Sno Pusher.

Cost Advantage

  1. The Sno Pusher is priced well below traditional plows and snow attachments.
  2. Proven to pay for itself quickly.
  3. Fewer replacement parts result in lower maintenance costs.

3-Point Safety System

Protects your equipment investment, your operators and your exposure to property damage and liability.

  1. Rubber cutting edge with trip action is designed to match contour of surface being plowed. The blade will run right over any obstacles.
  2. Wear shoes are raised at a 45 degree angle in the front and the rear with a 6"w height to ride over obstuctions and up curbs. Reduces impact and damage to contract sites.
  3. Quick Change Attachment System - an engineered breakout force in the chain clevis allows the unit to break free from the machine's bucket when accidental impact with immobile objects occurs. This results in greatly reduced damage to equipment and contract site, and injury to operator.

PRO-TECH STANDARD PARTS
The best in the industry
Wear Shoes
  • Extremely wear resistant
  • Hardened AR plate; industry standard
  • Provides long life
Rubber

Make sure you use Pro-Tech hardware for all shoes & rubber

PRO-TECH PREMIUM UPGRADE PARTS
Super Duty Shoe
  • Made with the hardest AR plate in the industry
  • Provides the highest wear characteristics and longest life
  • Over 4 times the life of any other wear shoe
UHMW Shoe
  • This shoe has a UHMW, or polyurethane, pad bolted on to the bottom of it
  • Great in applications where a steel bottomed shoe will damage your plowing surface

Extended or Self Leveling Shoe
  • This shoe style extends off the back end of the Pusher by 16"
  • Keeps the pusher level and balanced, creating an even amount of pressure throughout the whole length of the shoe
  • This eliminates excess down pressure on the back of the shoe
  • Increased surface area actually increases the lifespan of the shoe
PRO-TECH SNO PUSHER OPTIONS
Level Gauge
  • This handy tool attaches to the Sno Pusher and lets the operator know that the unit is level, to optimize snow removal
  • Save dollars on wear shoe replacement by avoiding uneven wear on Sno Pushers

Binder Kits
  • Come with heavy duty transport chain, hooks, binders
  • Quick attach system with binder kit safer than direct connect. Sudden impact to a Sno Pusher will break binder kit chain, instead of loader arms on a direct connection.
